We are proud to announce that RCK won a Silver in the Aster Awards for 2016. This was in recognition of the Health section of the 2016 Discovery Launch Pack which won in the group: Managed Care / Insurance, in the category: Brochure Advertising – Series.


The Asters comprises one of the largest national competitions of its kind and is hosted by Marketing Healthcare Today Magazine and Creative Images. Inc. The elite programme recognizes excellence by healthcare professionals in their advertising/ marketing efforts during the previous calendar year.


The 2016 Aster Awards received nearly 3000 entries from across the USA and beyond. All entries are judged by industry experts and are scored on multiple criteria with a maximum allocation of 100 points. Participants’ entries competed against similar-sized organizations in their specific groups and categories.


Awards were bestowed for entries which received top marks from judges, in effect being placed in the top 10% for advertising excellence. Judging criteria included creativity, layout and design, functionality, message effectiveness, production quality and overall appeal.


‘Each year the quality of work submitted increases. The creativity of this year’s participating healthcare marketing professionals went above and beyond the standards that were set by previous years. The 2016 Aster Awards programme contained some of the best and most creative advertising in the world,’ said Melinda Lucas, Programme Coordinator of the Aster Awards.
